We’ve got some incredible bands lined up for this year’s Blueberry Jam!

Saturday, August 20, 2016 on the Main Stage

12:00- 1:30 Spent Grain

Spent Grain is a band born of rock ‘n roll, raised by funk and soul, existing comfortably in the rolling hills of Jam Band Land.

2:00- 3:30 Grupo Pagan

The band is led by Edgar Pagan, vocals and bass. The band also features Rhonda Arns on vocals, Pablo Arnau on percussion, Jim O’Mahony on guitar, Joshua Dekaney on drums, and Bill DiCosimo on keyboards.
Their diverse backgrounds combine into an high energy intoxicating brew of sound, with influences including Santana, Shakira, Sade, and beyond. They also deliver some powerful and inspiring original music.

4:00- 5:30 Second Line Syracuse

Second Line Syracuse (SLS) is a high energy eight-piece band inspired by both traditional and modern-day New Orleans’ style brass bands. Their diverse repertoire speaks to all generations, with influence from many genres including jazz, funk, hip hop a la the Rebirth Brass Band, or Trombone Shorty for example.

6:00- 7:30 The Lightkeepers

The five members of the Lightkeepers have years of experience of playing music. Together, their combined talents create an original rock experience, sprinkled with some covers, that is like no other in the CNY area.

8:00- 9:30  The Heavy Pets 

The Heavy Pets are an American rock band that blends rhythm & blues, jazz, funk, disco and reggae with rock & roll. Called “a living, breathing, force of nature” by Relix Magazine, the Pets are known for their soulful songcraft and powerhouse live performances.

Boots n’ Shorts carries on the tradition of old-time music while making it relevant to a modern audience. Meeting at the crossroads of mountain music and the merry pranksters, they introduce new sounds to old-timers and old sounds to new-timers.
